It is a relatively new addition to the London restaurant scene in the heart of Soho. What's on the menu? There is an a la carte menu which is always available as well as a lunch time and pre theatre menu (available 12.30 -3 and 5.30 - 7pm). The lunch / pre theatre menu offers some great one dish meals mostly pasta / risotto dishes but with the odd fish / meat dish too. When do they open? When should I go? They are open every day except Sunday for lunch and dinner. Lunch is from 12.30 - 3pm Dinner is from 5.30pm - midnight Go whenever you can! Take
advantage of the pre theatre menu from 5.30pm to 7pm! What makes it so special? The
quality of the food here is just exceptional. Since opening, Bocca di
Lupo really has really shaken up the Italian food offering in London. A
great deal of care and research has gone into the menu and it's a
thrill to sit up at the counter and watch the chefs at work only a few
feet away from you.
If watching the kitchen isn't your thing, don't worry there are more traditional tables at the back of the restaurant! The nature of the restaurant is very informal with friendly staff who will be only to willing to help you make your selections from the menu. There's lots of choice and with so many tempting dishes it's great to be able to get a number of smaller plates (portions) and share them around the table with friends.
